Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Policy

We understand the desire to have products in your hands as soon as possible and make every effort to get those items out the door as soon as possible! All items that are in stock will be shipped as long as the purchase is completed by 5PM M-F.

Any customers that wish to pickup from us in Wichita are more than welcome to!

​

We will provide you a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. All packages will be shipped with the default $100 insurance package unless arrangements are made ahead of time.

​

We do what we can to only sell what is currently in inventory but in the event of a back-ordered item we will notify you via phone or email with expected delivery dates with the option to cancel the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns Grace Window

You may return all or part of your defective or pre-approved return order within 14 days for a full refund of the original purchase price.

Return Shipping

If the reason for your return is due to an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping costs and refund your original shipping charges; otherwise,  the return shipping costs and the original shipping charges will be non-refundable.

Taxes & Fees

Related duties, taxes, and fees for shipments to and from locations outside the continental United States are the responsibility of the customer.

​

Product Condition

Product must be in like condition to when it was purchased and include all original parts, accessories, and original packaging. 

​

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from approved return date.
